Please make note of the following information:
- Going: Thursday August 12th: meet at Gateway Church at 9:30 AM by the basketball court. Gateway Church is located at 7104 McNeil Dr., 78729. Click here for a map link.
- Returning: Sunday August 15th: the bus will arrive back at Austin Chinese Church, located at 11118 Dessau Rd, 78754 (NOT Gateway Church) at 12:30 PM. Click here for a map link.
- Packing List: bible, pen, alarm clock, notebook/paper, bedding and/or sleeping bag, pillow, sunscreen, water bottle, swimming attire (one-piece suits please for females, otherwise a t-shirt must also be worn), flashlight, bug repellent, towels, toiletries and 4 days worth of clothing. Please refrain from bringing any electronic video games (like Nintendo DS), trading card or anything that might isolate you (or other people) from our time together at the retreat.
- Camp Buckner Health Status Assessment Form: please remember to complete, sign and bring this form on the day of the retreat (it was on the reverse side of the youth retreat flyer). Please hand the form in prior to boarding the bus. If you are missing this form, please contact Josh at josh@acclighthouse.org.
