IMPORTANT NOTES:
- GOING: Meet at Gateway Church at 5:00 PM on Friday December 18th. Gateway Church is located at 7104 McNeil Dr., 78729. Click here for a map link.
- COMING BACK: The bus will arrive at Austin Chinese Church at 12:30 PM on Sunday December 20th.
- PACKING LIST: Bible, pen, notebook/paper, alarm clock, bedding and/or sleeping bag, pillow, water bottle, flashlight, towel, toiletries and enough warm clothes for our time there. PLEASE FIT EVERYTHING IN A BACKPACK. There is no luggage space on the bus.
- PAYMENT: After you have registered online, please bring a check to Josh or Calvin on or before Friday December 18th. Please make checks payable to “ACC” with your child’s name and “Winter Retreat 2009” written in the memo section. If there is not enough room, simply staple or paper clip a small slip of paper with the names on it.
- FORMS: In addition to your $45 check, please return the following forms on Friday December 18th:
- Austin Chinese Church Medical Authorization and Release Form
- Camp Buckner Hill Country Retreat Center Indemnification Release Form
- Camp Buckner Camper Health Status Assessment
