Please make note of the following information:
· Going: Friday, December 17th: meet at Gateway Church at 5:15 PM by the basketball court. Gateway Church is located at 7104 McNeil Dr., 78729. Click here for a map link. Dinner on Friday will NOT be provided. Please be sure to grab something to eat before getting on the bus.
· Returning: Sunday, December 19th: the bus will arrive back at Austin Chinese Church, located at 11118 Dessau Rd, 78754 (NOT Gateway Church) at 1:00 PM. Click here for a map link.
· Packing List: bible, pen, notebook/paper, pillow, sunscreen, water bottle, flashlight, bug repellent, alarm clock, bedding and/or sleeping bag, towels, toiletries, jacket, and 2 days worth of warm clothing. Please refrain from bringing any electronic video games (like Nintendo DS), trading cards or anything that might isolate you (or other people) from our time together at the retreat. However, board games and group games are allowed for our indoor activity time.
· Camp Buckner Health Status Assessment Form: please remember to complete, sign and bring this form on the day of the retreat (it was on the reverse side of the youth retreat flyer).
